If you have adobe pro you can edit any pdf….

Loads pay as much as the carrier agrees to..

Different carrier, different rate…Last minute booking may mean more money as well.

Does this company pay you on a W-2 or 1099?

Not just total # but many other things too. Hazmat, load reqs etc seem to be written in a different (or the same but bold?) font

How much would a fuel surcharge be for this short trip?

Fuel surcharges are pretty much for contract freight, and that contract is what determines the fuel surcharge. I think a lot of places determine their fuel surcharges based on some national fuel price average data from one of the government agencies. I've never had TQL use a fuel surcharge for a load on the spot market.

Yeah good thing I already started looking for a new company. Will never go to a 1099 company again. Also thinking about Prime or Scnhneider lease

I wouldn't recommend a lease purchase. If you save up and buy/finance a truck, you can always take your truck somewhere else when things go south, or even run your own authority. Those lease purchase programs are just another form of 1099 scam in my opinion.

    cke Thanks this.
