    I know a couple of drivers that have denied entry into Canada. If you have felonies, if they check you they will turn you around.

    Fortunaly I only live a couple hours from the border. I'm gonna drive up there and hear it from the mooses mouth for myself.

    i was denied 4 years ago at the border for a DUI from 1982

    You need to ether….

    •convince an immigration officer that you meet the legal terms to be deemed rehabilitated, or
    •applied for rehabilitation and were approved, or
    •were granted a record suspension or
    •have a temporary resident permit.

    I applied for rehabilitation over 2 years ago (I have one DUI that is over 20 years old) and only heard back from them once about a year after applying to let me know they were running behind on processing requests. They have no way for someone to check on an appellation so I am not holding my breath.
