egr problem..pls help

    i have this problem and i can't fix it..pls help..when the truck is stopped or runs at slow speed 5-10 mil/hr the rpm goes up and down ..the arm from the egr valve is keep moving ..looks like is open and closing without reason..i replace the fuel regulator(fuel metering valve),the delta pressure sensor and the egr acctuator..i spent a lot of money and have the same symptoms..it drive me crazy..does anyone have any advice???..it is a freight liner cascadia 2009 with dd15 engine..any help is much appreciated..thx and god bless you all..

    does it do it while it is idling as well cuz if so. you need to replace to quality control valve not the metering valve it's a very common cascadia problem. or i should say dd15 problem

    Nasriza is correct. It is a time consuming job. P.S. quantity control valve.
