Mine went away after a couple of weeks. The Dr. prescribed an anti inflamitory that I think I only took for a few days.

If you want. You might try some high grade liquid Magnesium. It has worked on some bumps I've developed. Also works wonders on my feet. ....

My doc told me if bursitis becomes “unbearable” elbow can be drained but that only offers temporary relief.
I have had it for years but no swelling and have never taken meds for it. I just don’t rest my elbows on the bar. Worse in winter as I tend to bang my elbows on chairlifts. Folks, just touching the elbow on a hard surface hurts like stink!!

He should be thankful it grew on his elbow instead of somewhere else.

My wife just had the exact same thing. I also had one recently on my wrist. It’s pretty common. Saw it with my Mom and Aunt. But they were in their 70s. We’re in our later fifties. Something new for Us. New things used to be a lot more fun!! Lol. Your pretty young for that. Should only last a few weeks maybe 5, from what I’ve seen. I’m no Doctor. Best get a Proffesional opinion. Might be some diet or medication that will help. Your pretty young for that. Ain’t got no time for dat!!!
