    Load has to deliver Monday mornings at a Grocery DC. Could another driver take 1 load a week? I'm assuming the exemption applies to a truck and not the individual driver. Meaning the truck would be on day 29 of cycle and work day 9 outside local but a fill in driver would be used for 2 days of of the 30 day cycle?

    Brian I'm gonna shoot you a PM sometime. Are you back doing carhaul in PA? I've messaged you about cars in upstate NY before

    PM anytime you like. The mandate is per driver, so you could put a substitute driver on one trip each month and be fine.
    Yes, for the time being I am running my car hauler again although it is for sale. I have been growing my compliance consulting business, actually working on an exciting project right now I can't wait to launch. The tow truck sales thing in California didn't work out well for me, should've known I'm not much of a salesman when I couldn't even sell my own rig in 5 months. It was a good escape from reality for a while, came back energized and ready to tackle the world.
