I’ve heard of people using the local exemption staying within 150 miles of the home terminal. And they use loose leaf paper and when they go outside the 150 miles they say it’s the first time this month …..even tho they might do it 2 times a week…….

Even though it may be ELD or paper, it is still a "funny book" or "comic book".
