ELD log on as different driver?

As I was directed by the company owner to bring in the tractor so it could be serviced at the shop on my 34-hour break I found myself sitting for over 24 hours without having the tractor looked at in the morning I had to use the facilities and the garage was closed and there was no toilet available so I fired the truck up and went to the nearest truck stop

This took me off of my 34-hour reset of course this put me on duty so I could do my duty a large trucker size Duty although I am only a driver we all have to start somewhere

When the owner discovered that I was not going to be obtaining a full clock because I did not fulfill the 34-hour break he got upset and suggested that I had logged on with somebody else's name

What kind of repercussions would a driver face had there been some sort of accident or in best case scenario simply been pulled over by the authorities

 

Our E log does not support the personal conveyance feature as if it is technically not an Eld

 

My concern doesn't have to do with personal conveyance meaning if I'm put in a position where I need to take a dump at the expense of a 34 hour break because of a lack of professionalism on the part of another party I'm going to choose taking a dump and not getting the 34-hour break

The question is what would happen if I had log on as another user and got busted for it as directed by the owner of the company
