    DO NOT LET A COMPANY DO THIS TO YOU.

    If you were to get into a wreck under another drivers information, especially if you are out of hours, you would get hammered by the law. This would be considered the same as driving over your hours into an "egregious violation", which opens you up to legal action if you are in a bad accident.

    NOT WORTH IT.

    What do you mean not technically an eld? That would be the first thing I'd get fixed. Only have a few weeks left before trucks will be put oos for no eld
