If I did electric fans, you've got a valve already on the truck that actuates the air clutch. ECM tells it when. Cut that wire, and use it to heat a relay going to the fans. Now you have electric fans that come on with ECM demand, and you can also use your factory manual fan switch.

Might want to consider a shroud around those fans. You will lose a decent amount of airflow through the rad because the fans can pickup and move the air that's already under the hood, rather than pull it through the rad.
