There is a person on Kijiji offering a repair service on Volvo/Mack/international instrument clusters. One of the things they mention is “intermittent or complete power failure. Hmmm. 2 locations, Toronto and Hallandale Beach, Florida,USA. They are called “Dashboard Instrument Cluster “. No dollar amount listed.
