I have a 2009 international prostar sleeper, I have no gauges when truck is running or not... I turn the key on and they do nothing. The info screen on dash also says electrical fault* I also have no window power, fuses have no power. Can someone please help?

You need to see a dealer, best case scenario its just a ground. Worst case is the body controller has fried. International is known for ziptieing the wires on it to tight and it snapping the pins on the board. If it is that, sometimes they can be reattched but normally that is only a temp fix.

You can test this somewhat your self, if you unscrew the panel underneath your steering wheel. The body controler normally sits on the wall by the driver side door. Big shiney box with a wire harness plugged in. You can turn the key to on and wiggle that harness, if it springs to life for a sec you found your issue.

    Edit.
Passenger side fues box, if you blow the cluster circuit it can produce this also. Quick check to pull that cover off on the passanger side and see.
