All those modules should be logging fault codes. Sounds like it could be just ignition power is being lost to 1/2 the truck. Could you find out if there were any fault codes being logged?

Yeah mine ended up being the tcu/ tcm whatever you’d like to call it. 2400 plus labor

My truck was doing the same thing, gas pedal not responding, i followed the cables from the pedal to the engine and protected them up with one o those plastic hose and ziptides to make sure is not vibrating and touching the engine and the problem was fix, i have drive the truck for 2 weeks and it has not done it again . . .
I also clean the batterys terminals and put some grease on them.

Having the same issue but the pedal stop working only when I'm driving
