From what I saw, there is no bill in congress to become a law that will be signed in October, these issues are covered under regulations so please tell your insurance guy there to learn the difference.

 

It was signed by Obama July last year and is a law .

No current activity on this EOBR mandate.

They have been kicking this around for over 20 years.

Thank God, everything they try to accomplish takes almost forever.

It will be interesting to see where it goes next year.

 

The problem we have to watch, is that this has been approved and signed, but no dollars attached. MAP 21 can be funded rather quickly.
