    like i said in another thread...you're gonna see a reduction in hos violations and tickets....but more of this. but the fmcsa will declare the law a safety success pointing to the reduction in hos violations,ignoring the increase in wrecks.

    the dot passed a hos ruling that made common sense into an outlaw.

    You're looking at a Werner truck, (regarded as the "start" of the eld movement) that has rear ended another truck, I'm still trying to figure out who says Elogs are safer?

    Elogs have nothing to do with more wrecks, now the HOS rules that are tied to the E log, there is your culprit.

    I would have guessed the rise in accidents were attributed to companies hiring complete idiots but I’m ok blaming the little black box.
