Basically, got caught in bad traffic but managed to get to the Petro on literally my last minute. While trying to get off duty, I hit Certify and I shouldn't have done that.

The button says Uncertify, but won't let me use it; maybe because I'm Off Duty. I'm thinking if I could Uncertify, I might be able to tweak my morning V. I. and start time but just a minute or two. Do I just have to wait until I'm in On Duty status? Or more likely, I'm stuck with it and just have to fess up to Safety?

    I don't think I'd worry much about a minute.

Get ready to be tarred and feathered.
Be happy safety can't kill you for this anymore.
Some safety troll will likely put your manhood in a vise and squeeze until you were another gender bender.

I'm on elogs and it logs drive time when I'm past my hours, it's part of it. Big deal.
You get held up for 5 hours getting unloaded and the truckstop is 5 miles away, bam, a violation. Big deal.

These Mega companies want elogs and everyone to log legal, then just let it log it as you do it.

    misterG Thanks this.

Like Mack said, don't worry about a minute. If you can make notes in there do it. So you remember what happened.

Go on duty again and it will allow you to uncertify, and you can edit from there.

Yeah drive time can't be touched, but wondering if it might be possible to nudge start time in the morning while stationary doing a VI to bring my end of the day within 14 hours.

Well, I'm out of hours now, but will try to Uncertify this day when I go back on duty.
