I am a company driver for them to answer your questions they start you out at 25% of the load revenue that's per load. You have a chance to make a 3% bonus every month provided you don't turn down any loads and do 10000 miles that month and basically do what they tell you. As far as the home Time they "try to get you home every weekend" but don't count on it they really want to get you there every other weekend or let you stay out longer. When I first started with this company about 6 months ago I was home every weekend bit then after a few months my time out has gotten longer now if your out for three weeks you get three days but they will tell you that you are cutting in to your money. They want you to drop the first load on Monday otherwise they say you lose 20% of your earnings for the week. This being the 6th months I am just now starting to make over 1000 a week. I am still trying to hang in there as I really like the truck it does 72 mph lol

 

I sure am I enjoy working for them I'm home every other weekend but you have to request it fyi. I think they are a good company I don't plan on leaving anytime soon
