Horrible company to lease with, they pretend to give a crap about the driver and that’s such BS and that’s from the top. They lie to you and won’t answer the phone if you challenge their knowledge for example on State laws, ELD, General stuff about truck or trailer. They keep switching your dispatchers and you get charged a fee if you call after 1630hrs eastern time. The general manager thinks he’s the chosen one and a hot head knows nothing about trucking. I had numerous errors on my settlements and they drag their feet to correct their mistakes.
Most importantly they make changes to the contract without notifying you.
I have a legal case pending as soon as Kent County in Delaware opens up.
