Obviously the media has lied to us about a recession and states being short of money.
Since what MN is doing is going to lead them to spend a lot of their state money on lawsuits. They must feel they have a lot of spare cash looking to burn.

    The Challenger Thanks this.

My eyes are red and watery, is that from fatigue or allergies?

That usually happens after you walk out of the MN chicken coup. :biggrin_25523: sorry could not help myself on that one

Minnesota is the state that wrote me a warning, in a snow storm, at the scales for an "obscured license plate". Go figure.

I can see how a truck driver can be fatigued when the hours of running vary.

Get up at 8 and deliver and sit all day waiting on a load, but you are supposed to be sleeping after getting up. Off duty or in sleeper for 10 hours and they then find load and have you run all night.

    You are LEGAL, but fatigued.

Now, explain how they can figure how or when I slept when the log says in sleeper.

Not sure how well your lawyer knows the Federal Motor Carrier laws or not but they do not have to have your permission or a search warrant to search your truck. Searching the cab of your truck, if i'm not mistaken, is even listed as part of a level 1 inspection. You basically have no rights anymore.

I had three level ones last year. Two of them searched the truck.
