    Short update on EMR.

I drove for them and the owner was polite. However, the recruiter/head of trucks was always sneaking out to check your truck whenever you came to the yard. Had to send pictures of all sides of the truck and tires each week. Safety would call you and say your speeding at 60 mph even thought Kansas has 60 mph 2-lanes. They tend to micro-manage. They are constantly looking for drivers (as are most companies). Owner came from foreign country as did all office staff (not saying foreigners are bad). Orientation was only myself and took about 1.5 hours.Used my own phone for ELD.

HARSH TRUTH FOR AMERICAN TRUCKERS ABOUT ALL EASTERN EUROPEAN COMPANIES

For over 60 years, these companies have been running a calculated, brutal scam against truck drivers — and it’s designed to keep YOU trapped and robbed:

They lie about miles to pay you less. You get sent on “500-mile” trips but end up driving 850 miles, and they don’t pay for the extra. You literally drive hundreds of miles FOR FREE.

They force one driver to handle impossible loads meant for teams. When you’re late, they slap you with late fees that only THEY created.

They knowingly overload trucks and then charge YOU for every overweight ticket or damage caused. If the rig breaks down because of their greed, guess who pays? YOU.

They hold your paycheck hostage — wo weeks of your hard-earned pay is stolen if you quit

They’ve figured out how to corrupt the system: bribing officials, stacking HR and legal teams, and using propaganda tactics to gaslight drivers and divide us all.

They flood forums and social media with fake supporters, silencing and confusing real victims to keep the scam hidden.

This is not an accident or bad luck. This is a systemic assault on American truckers — a modern-day hustle designed to make you work for free while lining their pockets.

The hard reality? If you step into one of these companies, you’ll be exploited, blamed, and discarded. And the American government ,law enforcement system will protect the crooks, not you.

Additionally, everyone needs to take action NOW on social media. Make one video, post one message every day on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram — every platform you have. Spread this truth far and wide. This is how we shut them down.

Make these companies so embarrassed they won’t want to show their faces. Make them ashamed to keep running their scam. When no one wants to work for them, they will go bankrupt.

These companies rent or buy massive amounts of equipment planning to hire hundreds of thousands of truck drivers — but instead, they use drivers for FREE and charge them for equipment maintenance, insurance, and damages. This scheme can’t survive if we all refuse to feed it.

    But it doesn’t stop there.

Reach out to every state and federal prosecutor, district attorney, police department, highway patrol, city council member, and government or private institution you can. Educate them about what’s happening.

Send videos, write letters, email evidence — because you have the proof. Every GPS route, every paycheck deduction, every broken rig is evidence of their scam. Text message, 1099 independent contractor agreements scam details, eld logs edit by those scammers.

Together, we can expose them and end this exploitation once and for all.

Wake up, stand together, and refuse to be their next victim.

About 99% of them have escrow up to $3500 which I have only heard of 2 drivers ever getting it returned. Most keep it along with the last paycheck. They charge drivers for any small scratch or damage, have contracts full of driver fines for (logs, out of service, flat tires, violations, speeding, having a cracked light, no started driving within 30 minutes after 10 hour break etc). This was never the case with American-owned companies back in the day.
