    Mr Couch (the guy with that YouTube channel) says he’s seen pictures of a creature called a 589. He claims it’s a basically what a W990 is to the W900L.

    Basically trucks are scored on how “green” they are, matching up to requirements under the newer Phases. Say a 579 has 3 points. A 389 would likely be -2 points. Any manufacturer with negative points has to pay a penalty for each truck made after a negative balance if they fall under their point allotment as a whole.
