I'm a fan of snap on tools for the most part but I have to agree on the ratchets. Broken more of them than my Craftsman or anything else

How did we go from Peterbilts to ratchets?

Whether it be Peterbilts, Snap-on tools, or whatever you wanna compare, the truck or the tool doesn't make one driver or mechanic any better than the next.
I've seen really great mechanics using cheap Wally world tools. I've seen some greasy wrench monkeys with $30k Snap-on tools sets.
Same with trucks. Seen some really talented drivers in clapped out Internationals and some real idiots in Kenworths.
We can argue all day over resale values and such, that's boring. If a truck is so great, why would you care about resale value? If it's so great, keep it and don't sell it!!!!haycarter, Bean Jr., Czar_Zero and 1 other person Thank this. -
