2013 Kenworth T660 Cummins ISX 10spd. Now I know you don't bobtail and use engine brake but I was checking out truck from dealer and drove and turned engine brake "on" on medium to see if it works and truck seem to hop and start hopping in front where engine is when engine brake was activated but when I would brake with engine brake off no hopping, never had that happen or notice that happening to me before, is it cus I was empty bobtailing and strong engine brake or is it something else?

It has a strong engine brake, that is all.
Did you, by chance, turn it to 'low' to see how it responded?

My current truck has an auto transmission, and the engine brake is very different from the manual trans trucks I have driven.
Set it on low and it provides a little, set it on medium it does a little more. But set it on high and it will do EVERYTHING in it's power to stop you as quickly as possible with the engine brakes alone.
It is like the computer is in full panic mode.

    And bobtail?
I don't use it at all, because it is just too strong at any setting.

Thanks for the quick answering. Yeah felt it in low but not really or as bad like on medium or high.
