Engine fan issues

    I have a 389 with the MX-13. The engine fan spins but does not engage manually or at higher temps. I replace that relay or whatever it is with the 2 small air hoses and still nothing. The AC compressor was just replaced but the system wasn’t recharged, (don’t need ac yet) boss said he’d recharge it soon. Truck runs at normal temps on the highway. What should I start looking for?

    This fan clutch is air supplied to release. If not locked with no air the clutch is bad or worn out.
