I have noticed going through the first five gears when I let off the fuel pedal, I hear something sounds like a Hoot Owl saying Whooo, when I get back on the pedal it goes away?
I have checked my hump hoses and found nothing, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sounds as if you have a leak in your turbo hosing.

'07 C-15 should have compound turbo's (2) check ALL clamps, turbo and plumbing including the convoluted tubing and its clamps, you definitely got yourself a boost leak.

If you can't find anything for a last resort check the exhaust wheels on the turbos. Had a problem with a similar noise after letting off the pedal. The problem was that a couple of the exhaust sleeves broke loose and went through the turbos. The fins on the wheel got tore up causing the noise. Didn't have a boost loss that I could tell just the noise.

No boost leak, turbos checked out fine no air leaks found?????? Any suggestions??
