Entering industry soon - looking for direction/advice

It used to be that way. It has just turned into "group think" anymore. Unfortunately, the education system in this country largely teaches students WHAT to think.......not HOW to think.

 

Not college.....high school and under I'll agree with that. People's thinking once they become full fledged adults these days is influenced moreso by social media or whatever click bait that's found in the backwoods of the internet.

I was reading this magazine one time, years ago and answered a couple of ads. One was to Mike Hoare and the other to a guy whose name I won't mention because he's still alive and doing life with out parole in a foreign prison. One of them put my name on his list and didn't hear from the other one. I think Mike Hoare did 5 years in a Seychelles Prison. Crazy what we do when young & dumb & bored.
