Entry level driver jobs in Odessa/ Midland?

Maybe its different in Texas lol. They are probably more established down there

 

I can't speak for other regions than my own. We do have plenty of long term work here in Texas. Thanks for your response though.

I recently graduated a local Technical College with a Class A CDL, Hazmat, Tankers, and Doubles & Triples Endorsements. I also have a TWIC. I am interested in oil field CDL positions in TX. TrKu - How did the on site job search go? I am planning on doing the same thing later this month with my newly minted CDL.

 

I recall that KICKS 99 in Odessa and KIX 103 in Hobbs used to run a lot of oilfield help wanted adds, but not so much lately-what's up with that?- or am I just missing them?

Yikes.......... I just called the Hilton (now a Double Tree - Hilton) and they have rooms available for the job fair (on Oct 8), but, (gulp) the rooms are $294.00 a night! I hate to seem lazy, but if any of you are in the Midland area and know of any more reasonable priced hotels, please PM me or post here. I thank you in advance. I plan to (read will) make it to this event!
