Eroad ELD issue with emailing logs

I can not email my logs from the EROAD unit anymore.
My company has had EROAD elds since electronic logs were required.
I have emailed my logs to myself many times over the years. i have not been able to email logs for the past 2 weeks. I've tried in another truck. Other drivers in my conpany can't either.
EROAD support has not been able to help.
Anyone else have this issue? I'm also afraid of I was in a DOT inspection, they couldn't transfer my logs either.
