EST Credit Card Fraud

My dad's credit card was fraudulently billed $.11 by the EST Company. That is correct, eleven cents. Reading the forums and blogs after a google search, I concluded that the fraud is bigger than we know, and probably escalates to much larger amounts. I also found the recent news article that reports the criminal conviction of the EST president. The fraud continues. We should watch our credit card statements for anything unexplainable.
