It's going to be 1,000 people on the board by the end of next year, they reckon.

 

That is crazy. When I left I had 400 below me in 10 years time.

 

I almost left one driver in Ohio one night. He got out one hot night in July and shut the truck off. I figured we were at the Hub where we were going to switch out, because why else would the truck be shut off. When I peeked out the curtain to see the Loves sign 2 hours before our switch out I may have become slightly irritated. We will just say the ride back to Ky wasn’t very pleasant after what I may have allegedly said to him. He didn’t shut the truck off again, so it may have got his attention. I called off the last leg of the trip.

 

Three years and a month, 225-250 drivers and growing every week.

 

I had about 50 at the beginning of the year.

 

Get a good quality, second mattress and stack it on top of the first one . A foam mattress works for us .

 

dang. i been here 4.5 years and i’ve only got 15 under me. 6 are new hires.

only 14 above me, so that’s good.

 

Yeah, I honestly can't believe the size of the operation they're talking about. Biggest board I've been on prior to now was at Yellow, 425-450.
