Yeah bro I'm down to run a run where you don't need a break. Get in and get out as efficiently as possible. I'm hoping this run goes well. I'm gonna be pissed if I'm taking a huge cut to do get home at the same time lol.

That's the beauty of being hourly. It takes as long as it takes, and it pays me more if I'm delayed.

    Banker and dwells40 Thank this.

If my 500 mile run took 12-13 hours, I'd be losing my mind. Even with paid delay time, I would rather just get it over with and get home. These days I get annoyed if I'm not back through the gate within 8 hours of when I left.

Do you have any 5 day, 700 mile meets or turns like EARMO OR WHITN has, at your hub you can hold yet? Then you can come in on Sat and shift for 10-12 hours at time and a half. If you aren’t making $4,000 a week consistently you just aren’t being a team player (AKA greedy mileage maggot with 30 plus years seniority). I know you work with a few of those guys, I used to swap trailers with them in Lebanon In until they bid on to bigger and better things.

Haha yeah, there are a few of those.

Those guys don't let anyone know how much they make, though. Lol
