It's a million terminals and the East Coast dispatchers in Central are just rude. They all have really bad attitudes

Someone who can put out the miles on the east coast from Richmond terminal would help. Get an idea how it is

FREE, I'm single, do the HSA plan, bigger deductible but Estes matches your first $1100 contributed to the HSA (better than an IRA). Gotta take the freebies. ALL preventive care is 100% paid for.

Nice with free health. How many set drops do you guys do a night. Is there a limit to the $10 they pay for drops?

Can you opt to cash in vacation or you forced to take it.

How long to get to top rate.

Can you work sixth day Sunday and be back home for just Saturday?

You can cash in or just take it but they only allow so much to roll over! I usually either take time off or just use them day by day when I don't feel like working!

@EstesWest I'm also single with no kids but which plan was the HSA? I didn't even bother with it last year it just stayed the same

Oh whatever you was getting rich while I was drowning. I had you when I went west tho. Them big boy 4000 mile checks hit good. I was making more than my owner operator friends!

No limit, each drop and hook pays. But some yards don't want you to drop. Especially bigger ones with lots of freight in transit. To be honest, I would rather drive than do drops or hooks, pays more.

Often they allow you to cash out one week at the end of the year. I never do, in fact, I often take far more vacation, no pay, beyond my given vacation days.

    3 years

Once you have a scheduled run, and say it's M - F, sure could if the freight is there. There is a Sunday start to extra board. Then just stay out on Fridays or work them. You'll have to get a feel for how your terminal works best.

There are only 3 different plans, one is a FSA, not a good choice in my opinion.
