    The terminal where im at just hired 15 forklifts drivers. Now thats just not very smart move. Also we were told we need another city P&D to get ready for this heavy summer :D.

    According to what I’ve read on a certain “other” site who’s name I refuse to mention because IMHO they deserve absolutely zero publicity here, Saia has a problem with keeping people, and I can believe it.

    Word eventually does get around.

    Hell, I even read once on Saia’s own website that their average employee tenure is 8 years. That’s lousy.

    I have 14 here where I’m at.

    Ah okay I sure do believe they have a hard time keeping drivers. They are so short of drivers here in Texas, they have resorted to contractors.
