estes in la mirada is hiring for p&d and the recruiter said with 2 years of p&d they'll start at 28.50 and top out 30.00.

Nope no union and Estes is private, but I don't see that happening lol. I'm interested in knowing how that'll turn out for him tho.

 

Same for when I worked at Walmart back in the day start you out ahead plain and simple maybe he will get it or maybe not its worth a try.

 

the reason i think most people don't get a better deal is because they don't know how to interview. like you said they're a non union carrier and can pay you what ever they want.
