What is the home time policy like for extra board drivers at Estes?

 

5 on 2 off. Unless you want to stay out. When I did it I was a Monday start. Left Monday 9pm got back home never later than 6am Saturday morning

I’m doing much better at it now. I did 8 days in a row. Still had 4 hours left on my 70. Stuck working 6 days right now but I been sleeping at work. Sometimes when the wife cooks I go home eat and sit on couch then go back to work.

Now if I can only get someone to drive the truck I’d be set!

That's why I left Estes. They told me they dont have room for lazy bums like me. I had to walk away or I was going to get FIRED!!!!!!

 

I can't even lie you was getting ripped a new one in the North East. I hate that you're gone but I don't even blame you.

 

between that and the BS my terminal was doing to me I’d still been there. Estes is a good place to work. But that terminal screwed me. Small terminal bunch good ole boys. It worked out though. That 5 hour nap every night I don’t know how went without it!

 

You're right about the small terminal thing. There's favorites at my terminal Also. I just do my job and leave man.
