How are y’all on Extraboard OTR staying in shape? I’d imagine you might get lucky and get a motel every once in a while with a treadmill and a dumbbell or two. I’d bring my kettlebell and weight vest. If not, you can always get in a decent run before hitting the sack on your 10.

Haha there you go! Especially on uneven, dirt and gravel terrain eh? I’m not overweight or anything I just like to exercise everyday after work and I’d like to keep that up if I’m out there.

Many hotels have fitness room, for the the ones that don’t I have a jump rope and just do something or walk somewhere. Not all that hard to make it happen.

Miles still good? Sounds like the wait time is minimal for your set when you wake up in the hotel to rolling again. I’ve read that the set is usually ready to go...

Miles still good. 2500 is what I aim for on the low end and I hit it consistently. Very rare to not hit the mark.

I have had great weeks from my start, and lots of flexibility on when I start my week and when I end my week in the extra board. Typically turning on my 10 not an issue, but occasional I have a short wait for the dock, nothing crazy so far.

Already got the call. They told me to get everything together (application etc). I told them it won’t be until December that I relocate but they want to get the ball rolling.
