So what is this? Another coal powered electric vehicle that cost more money and is less efficient than a diesel.

    I’m not impressed.

I want the roar of the engine the feel of the throttle. I want to put diesel fuel in my truck. I don’t want to have to plug in. I see those Tesla charging stations and the snobs in their high priced golf carts thinking that their saving the world from global warming sitting there for way longer than it takes me to ever fuel up and I struggle not to point and laugh at them.

I don’t even want to see that at a Loves or Pilot or TA. Trucks plugged in. This is not progress.

I love watching the charging stations watching those pretentious turds. Never saw some ordinary Joe just needing a charge. It’s always one of “those” people.

That LTL company in Texas that just went belly up Central; they had a bunch of those natural gas trucks.

Electric will be the same as natural gas was. Good for local trash trucks, buses, etc. The longer distance appeal will wear off.

You have to remember that this particular truck is designed for local work. And the first customers that bought it are going to use it around the ports in and around the LA basin.

So a 1/3 of their daily range will be wasted running the A/C while the drivers twiddle their thumbs waiting in line at the port. LOL
