I'm here at the j in nephi, ut and saw an older lady walk up to an Interstate truck parked on my left. Curb side door was locked and she let out a few choice words. Went to the other side and it was locked also! She knocked a few times... Waited, knocked s'more... Waited S'more. After about ten minutes, she headed back into the J. I assume her ol' man was still inside the TS. As she got to the fuel island, I hear a whole bunch of honkin' and I look to my right, about 5 spots down... It's another Interstate truck! Then he lets the air horn go and she turns around to look... He threw up his hand like "where the heck are you going!?" It was pretty darn funny once I figured out what was going on!

Oooops, wrong truck! Lol. I've walked up to a few "wrong trucks" before, but always caught it before I tried to get in. I always look at the numbers now. Once in Memphis at our terminal while on my mentors truck, I had a guy hop in and look at me like WTF are you doing in my truck!?! He had the wrong truck.

has anyone made it into the wrong truck before? Or someone get into your truck?

I rented a 04 pete 387 midroof off a buddy of mine 4 years ago for awhile while mine was down. I was parked at a TS after running pretty hard so I was tired and went in to get a bite to eat. Came back out walked over to the truck and used my key to unlock the door. Climbed in and sat in the drivers seat for about a minute and then turned to get into the sleeper and realized this WAS NOT MY TRUCK. Freaked out for a minute thinking I was about to see some naked guy looking at me but he must of been inside the TS. So I jumped out locked the door and walked 2 trucks over to my truck and went down the road about 2 miles to a different TS in case someone seen me. Why would they make the key fit the same in different trucks. The truck I got into was the same 387 midroof just like the one I was driving. Anyways I will never forget the feeling of that ackwardness.

    Welcome fellow alseimers brethren..:biggrin_2559:
I have done it more times than I will admit too.
Its only bad when theres someone in your drivers
seat.Just say hey,and move on down to the next
similar colored tractor. You will get there eventually,
    or cussed out.
Its soo emarassing..had my brain cells
overworked, and a few points shy of being legally retarded
    to begin with.:biggrin_25526:

Happened to me just once, at what used to be the Pilot in Bordentown, NJ. I was driving for Schneider at the time.

Nowadays, if I can just remember which ROW I parked in, I mark it down as a win!

LOL, Never did it in a truck, but happened to me once in my Mustang. Same model, color, and year car parked outside a 7-11 store. I hopped in, first thing I notice is the Parking break is out of adjustment. I'm pulling it up and down thinking, "####, how'd that break?" Next I put my key in the ignition, and it doesn't turn, and I am starting to get really pissed. #### Fords, everything is breaking. Next, I look at the floor and I see a kleenex box, and I think who the hell put a kleenex box in my car.... it dawned on me that it was not my car when I look at the dirty window. I thank God I figured it out before the other guy came out of the 7-11...
