BitterSweet, what is the file type? Give me the extension of the file and I'll allow them...is it .xls?

but please remember, this is my personal research. most of the info was taken from each company's website, or from listening to recruiters who visited the CDL school i attended in MAR2006. i cannot be responsible for any errors, or changes made since i created the spreadsheet..BUT i think it's a great starting point for those of you who aren't real familiar with the industry. i had the benefit of being an O/O with my ex-husband, who has +25 yrs driving experience. i think you'll find it very thorough... if not excessively so! lol

i wish y'all the BEST of luck in your search. it's a huge decision, but a very rewarding career.

i made a spreadsheet to compare trucking companies. it's a 4-page spreadsheet that covers 8 topics (training & orientation, routes/freight, pay, equipment, fueling policy, hometime, benefits, and misc). got my info off internet, company's websites and brochures, and speaking personnally with recruiters. i have info on roehl (the company i chose), transport america, crete, schneider, cfi, kllm, trans am, and millis.

it was a huge help to be able to look at things in black and white, in the same format.

if anyone would like a copy, i'd be happy to email a copy to ya.
