well there you have it, stay home !! if you don't want to team and don't want to lease your own truck then what are you wanting to do ? because they are not hiring solo company drivers at this current time and not in the foreseeable future.

 

they have a system. that will only pay you enuff for you to barely eat you will be stuck in the truck busting your ### just to eat. dont be a fool!!kiss your home good by. then when you loose your home they will take your truck and you will be broke and on the street. take my warning.

 

I started with CR England about a year ago. I'm a veteran, so they reimbursed the entire loan for the school after 9 months. For non veterans, it's a year. There is no pressure to lease a vehicle. The first year on the road is aimed at producing effective, proficient, safe, professionals. The first year is often a cathartic process for people who expect instant success, or who harbor some sense of self entitlement. There is no obligation to stay with the company. If you are starting out, you could find something different. You could find a home at CR England. They are hiring company drivers.
