Hi
"Air intake system problem detected 25% Derated"
SPN 102
FMI 18
This is the only code 4 dealer shops and 3 local shops couldn't solve the problem
We changed all sensors in that matter and code all houses and pipes.
If anyone can help so solve the issue or have the same experience please let me know
Thank you

SPN 102/FMI 18
Description This Fault Code Sets When the Intake Manifold Pressure is Lower Than Expected While The Engine is Under a Load.
"
You didn't mention the condition of the air filter. Was that changed? ALso, it's summer-time so I wouldn't imagine you'd have a winter-front installed, but did the tech also blow out the CAC? All these radiators in the front trap alot of dirt and debris that can contribute to this issue. What were "all the sensors" that was replaced? And why? What data was the tech looking at to condemn a sensor?
Was a smoke test performed in the intake? Any leaks? Any excess oil in the CAC?
Also this would be a great time to do a drive test with a tech that has Diagnostic Link connected in order to look at actual values for enabling this fault. We need data/more-information...not just haphazardly changing parts.
Here's where you need data to verify issue/repair:

Compare the intake manifold pressure to barometric pressure using the chart below. Tolerances will vary depending on the intake air temperature. Is the intake manifold pressure within range of the barometric pressure?
Intake Air Temperature Tolerance
-40°C to 10°C (-40°F to 50°F) +/- 8.6 kPa (1.25 psi)
10°C to 110°C (50°F to 230°F) +/- 5.6 kPa (0.81 psi)
110°C to 130°C (230°F to 266°F) +/- 8.6 kPa (1.25 psi)
