    I remember well the words of my PD many years ago. " I'm not allowed to do this or that and you would be better of getting someone that can"
    Its a shame they say your entitled but the PD can't do anything more than defend you on the charges. Sounds like you were in a situation similar to mine where best defense was an offense by filing against them.
