Pointers!!!! Strive as hard as possible to reach 7+ MPG.
Check it every fill and keep records of it..
It could be the difference of .050 and .100 to your profits.
Buy the cheapest possible and pray you have a good FSC.

If your spouse can cover Health Ins.. Let her..

Retirement, tomorrows to late. Start today !

Some states dont require Work Comp unless
you have 5 or more employees..Check on it
and its up to you. I chanced it without it.
    My state doesnt require it..

This is an Estimate..... Some pay more and some pay less.
Some pay more of your expences, and some pay less.

This is where your Homework comes in..
This driver Grossed 1115.40 ...2800 pay miles... 142800 Yrly Avg..
Question is can he maintain this avg.. Can he improve on his Varibles to further increase his profits.
Take these numbers and work them..Call your prospective Companys and put it together based on a spread simular to this.
Try to keep your F= Fixed expences as low as possible..Even start up cost.

And apply every task possible to reduce your V= Varibles As much as Possible..
This Co. Example pays QCOM, No trl lease, Tolls, plates and permits.
Odds are your driving Co. trucks now considering taking a chance on being
a O/O..Test youself on their truck..Paper, Pen, and Calculator are all you need.

Like I said though..Some pay more, and some dont!
Some pay more of your expences, and some dont.
You have to find the best you can of all worlds in order to profit..

Folks theres really no such thing as steering wheel holders. Ive said
that but venting I guess..And truthfully should not have said it..If your considering doing this, theres 2 kinds of Ops.
The ones that know what is going on, and makes it work! Your going in business for youself to make money..
Hopefully more than the next guy driving a company truck, or my truck..Your the one with the risk
so it should always be about the MONEY!!..

Then there are the ones who go BROKE!! And lose everything they got..Ive seen it happen...Its like Randy Travis says in that song..
ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME!! You hear of it all the time....And odds are they lacked the research it took before they leaped,
and the 3 element needed listed below..

But I have owned 3 in my time, all at one time...And done pretty good for almost 6 years till I sold out.
Youd better be ready to(1) sacrifice, (2)be determined, (3)and KNOW YOUR NUMBERS!!!

The 350.00 at the beginning, Is that what your payment for the week is for the lease?

That is truck payment only...Based on a 1400.00 a month truck payment..If you lease a truck to a Co..... Lease purchase from a Co. is a little different, but alot of its the same..Get with someone like Semi-Retired or anyone going through a lease from a Co.. They can break everything down for you to what happens between them and the Co..This is an outline based on you leaseing a truck to them...Your truck..All Co.s have different options when it comes to leases.. No 2 are the same..
