Example of Schneider tanker pay

The thing I don't like is snbc pays differently according to where you live. If I was out of like Keasby nj otr I would be at like 52cpm already. I understand I live in NC but I'm always gone living in this truck all over the country. But it is what it is. Till I start making crappy pay checks which I hope never happens I'm good here at snbc. The raise I got today will keep me satisfied and rolling. I still wouldn't mind being out of High Point maybe at some point

It's weird I actually was told I wasn't getting any raise this morning. I spoke alittle of my mind about the issue, it was something to do about fuel stops and idle time blah blah. I explained how I never been late on a single load and I'm not one of the drivers they have ever had to babysit. Hour later I got 3.5 cpm raise

 

Just when I thought my company was letting me down for busting my butt for them and I know I've made this company good money, heck ya seen my pay. They actually stepped up and did the right thing for a driver that works hard every day. I don't slack or get lazy I've never known how or thought about in anything I've ever done. Glad to know they realized it and bumped me up.

 

I think you should go to the blue if you can find somewhere close to their terminals. This time of the year I bet it might be difficult to get hired maybe. From what I hear their drivers tend to stay. Who knows maybe they hire every week though. Give them a call, it can't hurt.
