Parked in the travel lane blocking the easy exit path from the pumps to be 20 ft closer to subway. There were over a dozen free spaces right past here. The CT driver is also out of line, but I didn't see him.
I told the TA Bloomsburg staff they needed to call a wrecker but apparently they're not allowed to. Crazy world.

 

I’ve never been there before but that has to be one of the most poorly located scales I’ve seen. Who thought it was a good idea to put the scale 150’ off the end of the fuel island?

 

Here's the aerial view. Bloomsburg, PA. There are other way around, but the spaces on the right, directly in his line of sight, were mostly empty.
