I use a crookpot in the truck to cook. I can put everything in it and have it ready when I stop for the night. I have a grill that I use too.

Get out the electric grill in the morning and the coffee pot, throw some bacon on the grill, some spuds and eggs, I think thats why theres a deck plate, You alway ended up with someone wandering over so make extra.....

MacDonalds uses gobs of MSG in everything.

Wanna stay away from Mickey D's? Go get the movie "Super Size Me." Documentary od a guy that ate nothing but McD's for 90 days or so. He got so sick..........

Wanna cut down on sugar? Ketchup is full of it!

I carry the bowflex adjustable dumbbells and the trx suspension trainer. The door anchor fits perfectly in a swifty door. I always have guys come up and ask to try it at the truck stops. At first I felt stupid but after awhile I got compliments on doing this so what the heck ya know. check out fitnessanywhere.com and boflexselecttech.com

    Hi Everyone,

I am a student at the College for Creative Studies and I am designing a long haul semi truck interior for class. I am focusing on improving driver health. What are your thoughts on adding exercise elements such as a pull up bar and other light weight equipment to your cab? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks, Kelly

It's early, and I'm still not fully 'awake'...but this concept is very interesting...something astronauts in space deal with as well...

The idea of built into the structure resistance type excercise tabs or bars...this could work...

Even resistant pully or 'tension' type equiptment attatched to the wall...now that satisfies muscular...but not cardio...for cardio...it would be cool or neat if one could build in a small tread mill, on the floor...mayb 3ft by 2 feet wide...just build it right into the floor of the cab...or again have it flop down from the wall...

Yes, you could go many directions with this concept...Oh the wonders of being a student...

Or....You could just get out of the truck and go for a walk!

You could go any direction you want with that concept!

Oh the wonders of having common sense!

I took this photo of this guy in Shreport, LA in the summer..(I no longer work for the company I was with when I took this photos)...

I think it was at that Loves truck stop...

Anyhow...was walking inside, turned and saw him and was like 'wow'...
He figured out a way to use his flatbed as a workout platform...well anyways, this is why pictures are worth a thousands words, cause if I tried to describe it I couldn't...

I even took video, and was going to put him on YouTube...

Hell, ghost, that's even better than my setup. haha Except for my bracket that goes into the pocket, and I hang my heavy bag from.
