Exercise and healthy eating for the OTR truck driver

It's just a blog, i did not see any reference to back up what was said. Cellulose is not plastic by it's self, but rather an organic compound. i pick up cellilose for my work that goes into grout for tile. So it must be good for you to eat !

 

I honestly cannot remember where or even when I read it, but either way..it DOES kind of taste plasic....ey

 

Don't know, i've only had it as a kid.... i don't eat stuff like that now.

It amazes me that many things in our food are flammable or HazMat. like Snapple flavoring is flammable with a low flashpoint so low it needs a number on the flammable on the placards. 115f or something like that. Flavor base for Ice Cream-all flavors- needs a placard to haul. WTF?

 

You know... I have stopped buying pizzas... Papa Johns, Subway... whatever.... and not eating bread any more either. Because they all have sugar and other ingredients that I don't want in my body.

 

Corrosive placards for Coke. and Pepsi when hauled in the correct amounts. Poison when enough diet soda is hauled.

 

Hmmm, that might be enough incentive to get my wife to quit drinking it.....

 

You know it is great for cleaning battery terminals? I am a amateur bee keeper. We use aspertame to kill fire ants. We have to keep it covered with screen to keep the bees out of it.

 

That is way interesting, I never would have thought, I will have to show her this post. She drinks diet coke like crazy. I bet she goes through a 12 pack a week...she says "not" I beg to differ.
