    Sometimes cholesterol is hereditary.

IIRC the Adkins diet will actually lower it.

Get stuff you will eat, instead of stuff you "ought" to eat. Make it easy and comfortable, and tweak it as you go along, so you will stick with it

you know they have portable squtting stands that can hold up to 2,000lbs that fold up it 2 pieces with spotter arms that fold up too.You could sneak them underneath your bunk at the bottom storage.as well as some bumper plates,an adjustable bench and a barbell.and some adjustable dumbbells.heres a link to those sturdy squatting stands not the junk york kind you find online http://www.strengthequipment.net/freeweight.html <---they are on the first page you have to scroll a little bit to see them.I feel that these items will fit snugg underneath the bunk for the storage space.I am on my way to becoming a truck driver and im also a pro powerlifter who needs money and will never give up working out.

i'd get those resistance bands. They take no space and you could use them in the truck, outside of truck, or just about anywhere else

I don't drive daily anymore, but when I do, I make four to six stops per day, driving a tanker, about a half hour each. After a full set of stretches, I do three sets of 12 pushups and pullups every stop, using the ladder on the trailer and knee pads on my arms to protect from the metal. I am right there to watch my load. Just started doing this. I sleep better at night. If I take time off, it hurts to get back into the swing because I get sore again.

I have been doing paleo and bulletproof coffee for 3 months now OTR. One caveat I work for fedex and get home every week, so can cook and bring food in my cooler for the week. My co driver and I started together, he has lost 40lbs and I have lost 30lbs, no excercise.

check out bulletproof executive podcast, Robb Wolf podcast and fat burning man podcast, I guarantee within a week you will have way more energy. I added up the cost of #### I bought online and I reckon I am saving money over eating in truck stops.

If you have a fridge and inverter in your truck your in clover, get a slow cooker or pressure cooker and have at it. Definitely a life changing experience.

    Rug_Trucker Thanks this.
