    I'm about to file boc3 and service provider has an option of expedited authority letter. They say they'll email/fax it when authority goes active. Does it really speed anything up? I just paid for insurance and they have to do filing on their part today/tomorrow.

    I would not spend money on it. Sounds like a gimmick to me.

    Edit: Nursery stock is running on the east coast right now. That is an exempt commodity, you can run that while you wait for your mc #’s to go active
