take her with you, so she can see the BS you have to put up with like dummy 4 wheelers.

let her see how hectic things can be at the truck stop(s).

she can keep herself occupied by playing games on her phone.

yeah, she will have questions, she wants to know your job.

with a 4 day work week, that "might be" enough time for her to never beg you again...lol

 

My wife usually gets two expressions from me:

1) the eyeroll: happens when she says something inane or 'out there' and it's the only thing that won't hurt her feelings (too bad)

2) briefly closing my eyes while looking straight ahead. This usually happens when she says something designed to get under my skin and I need half a second before I answer...

Teach him or her how to piss in a jug and you wont have to worry about frequent pull overs.

Thats the only way we stay on the road like 7 hours before stopping for a 30 minute. I drink too much coffee otherwise.

 

This whole "stop too often for bathroom run" is pure b.s. on y'alls part.
I am a female driver and I can go 8 hrs before stopping, which coincides with 30 min breaks. Don't underestimate the female strength, it carried you in her belly for months once.

 

I was amazed to learn how large our blatters can be. If I wait long enough I can fill one of those large Aquafina bottles all the way to the jug cap.

 

When I was at TMC I loved taking my wife along with me. I had so much fun having her in the truck, goofing around, laughing and just spending time with her I other wise couldn’t have at the time. I took her along every chance I got.

Bring her along, have fun, you likely won’t regret it.
