Lets not confuse CARB in Cali vs what other states have adopted from CARB. I know Virginia, at the time, adopted the EV mandate for EV vehicles.

OR and WA didn’t get much done on truck regulations thanks to the logging industry sticking together. What are the heavy truck rules in Colorado?

No one is confusing anything. Just saying it’s only a matter of time before the rest fall inline.

Once they see the revenue they’re missing out on their motivation will set the wheels in motion.

I don't think most states are going to do it, MN won't because of age and dirt haulers, most states won't because they would have to give toany exemptions for certain industries that are heavy in there state. By the time it comes around I will hopefully be out of trucking, or sick of it enough that I can get out

Wishful thinking. Those were my exact thoughts when Commiefornia introduced this “Stool” back in the day. Before we knew it, it was here to STAY.

People in California allowed it to happen because they were dragging in any old truck they could find to get up to $50k towards a new truck. Truckers in California weren’t crying until the registration holds started happening. Then it was “they’re forcing me to buy a new truck and I can’t afford it” but nobody was crying in 2012 when the grant checks were getting handed out.

I don't really care if they do, I already have one foot in the door to South Dakota and actually wish this commie state of the Midwest does it, then I move and sell all my real estate here and never look back. The only reason I am even here anymore is to manage my parents care and keep my sisters from stealing all there stuff and putting them in a home

    What you all wanna do.

There's plenty that will be glad to take over. And have legal trucks.

My last otr job..was mostly 2 trips a week to that crap hole.

I don't know how they're doing these days with the eld mandate. Though. That California traffic will eat up your hours.

One of the many reasons Gavin should not be moving east.
